NOTICE OF DECISION BOROUGH OF LAVALLETTE PLANNING BOARD Please take notice that on the 22nd day of July 2026, the Borough of Lavallette Planning Board adopted a resolution denying the application of The Rizzo Family Lavallette Trust at 2307 Baltimore Ave., Block 50.02, Lot 32. Open Space Ballot Questionnaire - The Ocean County Board of Commissioners are placing a question on the ballot this November for voters to decide on whether the county should expand efforts to buy and preserve more land from development.
