Workers Compensation information

Any employee of The Borough of Lavallette who is injured while working must report their injury to their direct supervisor.

Supervisors call 1-877-822-9368 to report the injury and complete the the Accident Investigation Report. This will initiate the claims process and get the employees scheduled for medical care.

In case of emergencies, go to the nearest hospital or medical facility and notify your supervisor within 24 Hours.
