REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Borough of Lavallette Planning Board is seeking
proposal for a Professional Planner(s) to complete a
comprehensive review of our Existing Master Plan Land
Use Element. Interested Professional Planner firms can
request a copy of the Request for Proposal from the
Office, planningboard@lavallette.org . Proposals must be
filed with and received by the Planning Board Secretary
no later than 12 noon on January 14, 2025.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSAL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be
received by the Borough of Lavallette on or before
Friday, December 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. by the
Municipal Clerk. Proposals can be hand delivered or
mailed to the Lavallette Municipal Building, Municipal
Clerk’s Office, Attn: Municipal Clerk, 1306 Grand
Central Avenue, 1st floor, Lavallette, NJ 08735. The
Borough is requesting a statement of qualifications and
a proposal from engineering firms qualified to provide
Municipal Engineering Services. The Borough is seeking
engineering firms, which can perform all the duties of
CONSULTING ENGINEER, as described throughout this
Request for Qualifications and Proposal as well as
review of any proposals that are given by Mayor and
Council.
Each proposal shall be signed by the
bidder and contained in a sealed envelope addressed to
the Borough Clerk, and shall contain on the face of the
envelope a statement that it is a proposal for said
item.
Instructions to Bidders and the Request for
Qualifications and Proposal may be obtained on our
website at www.lavallette.org or from the Office of the
Borough Clerk by emailing damico@lavallette.org or
contacting (732) 793-7477.
The proposals are
being solicited through a fair and open process in
accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.
The
award of the contract shall be made after evaluation, by
resolution of the governing body at their Lavallette
Reorganization Meeting in January.
