Its time again to act, If you have already sent this letter last the time we posted it, please send it again. We need to let the Governor know how important and crucial this project is.
THE ROUTE 35 ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, MP 4.0-9.0. This project consists of upgrading the existing drainage system to reduce the current degree of flooding that exists along the Route 35 and Bay Boulevard, in addition to the much needed repair of the roadway surface.
All engineering drawings, plans and specifications for this project have been completed. The project is “shovel ready”. Please support this project which is critical to the Borough of Lavallette, as well as, the Townships of Brick and Toms River.
The project consists of upgrading the existing drainage system to reduce the degree of flooding that exists along the highways and Bay Boulevard as well. The project also includes revamping of the highways, the installation of new curbs and sidewalks and traffic signalization.
We need your help to get this project complete, please get involved in the process and send out your letters of support today. Then letl your neighbors and friends know how they can help also.
